Stability & Scalability

Relationship Coffees & Forward Contracting

Built for roasters who need predictable margins and year-round profiles.
This is how you hedge Colombian supply. Supply is structured around Colombia’s two annual harvests — not spot-market availability.

Forward Contracts —
Buy at harvest, not on speculation

When you work with Origin Bridge, you are not buying random spot coffee. You are reserving coffee at origin, at harvest.

We offer forward contracts that allow roasters to secure specific lots while they are still being produced. This means you lock in:

  • The exact farm & lot
  • A fixed price
  • A guaranteed volume

Instead of competing for what’s left on the spot market, you become part of the harvest itself. Your coffee is then shipped to our EU warehouse, where we handle export, import, storage, and release scheduling. You get the advantages of direct trade — without the logistics burden.

For smaller roasters

You don’t need to buy containers to work this way. Many of our roastery clients reserve just a few pallets from a harvest lot.

You secure your coffee at origin — we handle shipping, import, and storage — and you take delivery from our EU warehouse when it fits your production.

You get the same coffees and the same pricing logic as large buyers — just in a volume that matches your size.

Profile Consistency

We lock in specific cup profiles with our producers at the start of the harvest. This guarantees that your Signature Blend tastes exactly the same in January as it does in October.

Price Stability

Escape the volatility of the C-Market. We agree on fixed prices directly with producers. This gives you predictable margins and gives farmers financial security to invest.

How It Works

1
Selection
We cup blind samples together to define the exact profile needed for your menu.
2
Agreement
We sign a forward booking contract, locking in volume and price for the season.
3
Delivery
Coffee is held in our warehouses and called off on-demand as you need it.
