About this Coffee

Descaney proves that decaf doesn't mean flavorless. Sourced from Gustavo Zuluaga at Finca El Caney, this lot uses a sugar cane (natural ethyl acetate) decaffeination process.

A small natural-process addition (5%) lifts the cup with dried fruit sweetness on top of the classic chocolate and panela base.
