Shop Policies


Availability

All coffees are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability is subject to stock levels at the time of ordering.

We provide an email list where you can view our current spot coffees and origin coffees. Origin coffees are available for pre-order. For pre-orders, you will receive the final cupping profile prior to shipment. For larger quantities, we can provide a sample directly from the origin. For smaller quantities, the final cupping profile and sample will be sent upon arrival at our warehouse in the Netherlands.

There is no minimum order quantity—you can order as little as one 35-kilogram bag and up.

By purchasing coffee or requesting samples from our shop, you agree to the following terms and policies:


Terms & Conditions

Pricing
The customer is required to pay the price per kilogram that applies at the time of the order. Any discounts or promotions applied after the order will not affect the original purchase price.

Delivery Terms
All deliveries are FOT (Free on Truck) on pallets with protective wrapping.

Payment Terms
Payments are net cash against invoice, and due upon delivery unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

Pick-up/Release
Coffee will be available for pick-up or release immediately upon receipt of payment.


Payment Policies

We require payment upfront for coffee shipment or release. As a small business with limited financing, we rely on pre-payment to secure fresh coffee. We can hold in-stock coffee for up to 30 days free of charge. Any reservations exceeding 30 days will incur a 1.5% financing charge to cover costs. Reservations may be canceled if not followed up.

Our goal is to maintain transparent, professional, and simple business practices. If you have any questions regarding payment, feel free to ask.


Sample Policies

Samples are provided at 100 grams each, with a maximum of 6 samples per request.

Samples are only available to commercial coffee roasters. We do not send samples to private individuals.


Refund Policies

We guarantee the quality of all our coffees. Each coffee is cupped and approved in our lab upon arrival. If any coffee you’ve ordered arrives in a condition that is worse than the pre-shipment sample, we will contact you immediately to discuss alternatives or cancel the reservation.

Any coffee that does not meet our quality standards will be discounted and moved to our Special Offer List. These coffees were originally high-quality, with fair prices paid to farmers, and while they may still hold many of their original positive attributes, they are now better suited for blends or other applications. We prefer to discount these coffees rather than wait for them to degrade further in storage.


Additional Policies

If you’re interested in requesting samples or reserving coffee, please submit your request here. We will confirm your request or ask for more information as needed. All reservations will follow our standard process: You’ll receive an order confirmation via email with the coffee details, amounts, and prices for your approval. At this point, the stock will be “reserved” for you.

We work closely with coffee roasters around the world who focus on quality. While we do our best to accommodate all requests from professional roasters, we reserve the right to decline reservations based on logistical constraints, drawdown times, or insufficient information.
