About this Coffee
Tulameen comes from Martha Solarte's Finca La Dulzura in La Unión, Nariño — a single-farm washed Pink Bourbon lot grown at 1640 masl.
Cherries undergo a slow, 36-hour submerged fermentation that coaxes out the lot's brightest character — deep raspberry and delicate floral top notes over a soft, tea-like body.
The lot is named after the Tulameen, a prized raspberry cultivar bred in British Columbia and famous among growers for its large, glossy berries and intensely sweet-tart flavor — the closest fruit analog we could find to what's actually in the cup.
