Shipping Policies
Most of our coffee is stored at the Origin Bridge Warehouse in the Netherlands, which specializes in handling specialty coffee. We offer flexible shipping options, including:
- Door-to-Door Delivery: For most destinations.
- Port Delivery: Shipment to a port of your choice.
- Self-Collection: We can prepare your coffee for pick-up if you prefer to arrange transport independently.
Order and Shipping Details
- Minimum Purchase: 1 bag or box.
- Shipping Method: Typically, orders are shipped by pallet. A full pallet holds up to 700 kg, and many customers choose to fill a pallet to optimize shipping costs.
- Consolidation: Origin Bridge can consolidate pallets with other importers storing their coffee there, helping to reduce shipping expenses.
All coffees are packed on EUR pallets, strapped for stability, and wrapped for protection at our expense.
Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full before the coffee is shipped or released for collection.
