Designed for European roasters who want hassle-free delivery directly to the roastery floor.

Flexible international shipping options (FOB/CIF/DAP). We can manage logistics to your destination port or hand over at origin.

🏭 Self-Collection Traders & Large Volume

Arrange your own transport (Ex-Works). We prepare cargo for pickup at our warehouse in Andelst (NL) or Antwerp (BE).

Pallet & Order Specifications

Order Volume
Minimum order: from single bags to full pallets and containerized volumes.
Dispatch Time
Orders are typically released for shipment or collection within 48-72 hours after payment confirmation.
Standard Pallet
A standard EUR pallet typically holds 8–10 bags (approx. 560–700 kg depending on bag size).
Tip: Filling a pallet optimizes your shipping costs per kg.
Packing Standards
All coffees are packed on EUR pallets, strapped for stability, and shrink-wrapped for protection at our expense.
Documentation
We provide a commercial invoice and packing list with every shipment. Track & Trace information is emailed upon dispatch.

Established Origin Bridge partners receive a 14-day payment term.
