Sensory Experience

milk chocolate panela dried fruit hazelnut

"A decaf that defies expectations. The natural process addition provides a surprising fruity sweetness that lifts the classic chocolate and panela base."

🔥 Roaster's Insight

Sugar cane decaf: This natural ethyl acetate process preserves more body and sweetness than CO2 or Swiss Water methods. A slightly longer roast development brings out the panela notes.
Result: A decaf that doesn't taste like a compromise: full body, real sweetness.

About this Coffee

Descaney proves that decaf doesn't mean flavorless. Sourced from Gustavo Zuluaga at Finca El Caney, this lot uses a sugar cane (natural ethyl acetate) decaffeination process.

A small natural-process addition (5%) lifts the cup with dried fruit sweetness on top of the classic chocolate and panela base.
