All coffees are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability is subject to stock levels at the time of ordering.

Minimum Order: No minimum (1 bag of 35kg/70kg and up).
Interested in cupping? Submit your request via our shop. We reserve the right to decline requests based on logistical constraints or insufficient business information.
Pricing: The customer pays the price per kg applicable at the time of order.
Payment Terms:
*For first-time customers, we may request a deposit or prepayment prior to shipment.
Reservations & Holding:
We can hold reserved coffee for up to 30 days free of charge.
To cover warehousing costs, reservations exceeding 30 days will incur a 1.5% financing charge. Reservations may be canceled if not followed up.
We guarantee the quality of all our coffees. Each lot is cupped and approved in our lab upon arrival.
Discrepancy? If an order arrives in a condition worse than the pre-shipment sample, we will contact you immediately to discuss alternatives or cancel the reservation.
Transparency: Coffees that do not meet our high standards are discounted and moved to our Special Offer List.
