About this Coffee
Sourced from El Caney Estate, Sarah's Choice is a pristine example of controlled anaerobic fermentation. Producer Natalia Zuluaga employed a 90-hour Anaerobic process to intensify the fruit characteristics inherent to the Caturra variety.
The result is a coffee that drinks like a dessert: driven by the dried fruits (Prune, Raisin) but structurally sound with a classic chocolate backbone. It represents the innovative spirit of the new generation at El Caney.
